Okay, the Guys from Allied El. asked me to cancel my order due delivery difficulties to Europe, so I placed a new order w/ Raspberry Pi from RS Components to save shipping costs. Done.
Waiting now (6 weeks) for my 2nd Raspberry Pi and w/ 512MB RAM
