Ein weiterer unserer Lieblingsplätze diesmal wieder aus der Serie “Unterwegs im Herbst mit der ADAC Camping Karte”. Camping Le Saint Martin in Moliets-et-Maa im Süden Frankreichs am Atlantik. Grosszügige Plätze, perfektes wifi und gute Sanitäranlagen und das Alles mit dem direktem Strandzugang. Und was für ein Strand! 👍 Ein Paradies für Surfer und für kilometerlange Strandspaziergänge gleichermaßen. Wer wie wir auch gerne mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, dem bietet sich im Hinterland ein riesiges Netz von Fahrradwegen vorbei an vielen Dörfern und Küstenstädtchen. Die Hauptader ist die “La Velodysee” 1200km entlang der Atlantik Küste. Wer im Spätjahr in der Gegend ist, hat noch die Chance die WSL mit den Quikpro Meisterschaften etwas südlich in Hossegor zu besuchen. Nicht nur die Wettkämpfe tagsüber am Strand sind interessant, auch das Abendprogramm in der Stadt Hossegor ist von den Surf Weltmeisterschaften geprägt. Die ganze Gegend ist aber auch das ganze Jahr durch die Surfer aus ganz Europa geprägt. (Shops, Bars, etc.) Wie bereits eingangs erwähnt, hatte man mit der ADAC Camping Karte die Möglichkeit, diesen 4-Sterne Platz in Top Lage in der Nebensaison für einen attraktiven Preis zu besuchen. Another of our favorite places this time again from the series "Traveling in the autumn with the ADAC Camping Map".
Camping Saint Martin in Moliets-et-Maa in the south of France on the Atlantic.
Spacious places, perfect wifi and good sanitary facilities and all that with the direct beach access. And what a beach! 👍 A paradise for surfers and for miles of beach walks alike. If you like biking as we do, there is a huge network of cycle paths a little bit of the shore passing many villages and coastal towns. The main artery is the "La Velodysee" 1200km along the Atlantic coast.
If you are in the area in the fall, you have the chance to visit the WSL (world surf league) with the Quikpro Championships just south in Hossegor. Not only the competitions during the day on the beach are interesting, also the evening program in the city Hossegor is characterized by the surf world championships.
The whole area is also characterized by surfers from all over Europe throughout the year. (Shops, bars, etc.)
As already mentioned, with the ADAC Camping Card you had the opportunity to visit this 4-star course in top location in the off-season for an attractive price.
