August 2022: Escape to a Camper Paradise in the Mountains ☀️⛰️

Remember the scorching hot August of 2022? All of Europe was sizzling and the campsites ⛺️ were overflowing. We, with our trusty VW Grand California, escaped to higher altitudes where cooler temperatures and breathtaking views awaited us.

We landed right in the heart of the action at the parking lot of the Piz Schöneben valley station, which had transformed into a vibrant camper paradise. ⛺️ A unique festival atmosphere buzzed between downhill bikers and adventurers of all kinds.

During the days, we conquered the mountains on hikes and bike tours and soaked in the stunning panorama of the Reschensee lake. ️While the culinary selection was manageable, it was enough to satisfy our hunger after all the activities.
